Me

Yep, thats me...

The Blog

I’ve been learning Java (along with JavaScript and bringing myself up to date on mind-numbingly boring stuff such as RFID tags), with the Open University and I thought it might be nice for me to share some of those experiences.

This is mainly a personal site; somewhere for me to vent my spleen and record my thoughts and frustrations as I fumble my way through various textbooks. If you’d like to come along with me, I’ve no problem with that. I’ll also moan and enlighten about other aspects of my daily grind too, most likely, so you’ll need to forgive me for veering off track now and again.

The Author

I’m a bloke in my mid-late thirties who’s decided on a change of career direction. Probably not the best time to be deciding this as my lovely wife and I have a wee one on the way sometime in July.

I’ve done and been many things in the past and have decided the current incarnation has gone on too long. Hence the change in direction.

Lets see what happens…
